Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned property listings, build landlord and tenant relationships, act as primary leasing contact, understand occupancy goals, anticipate market demand, and ensure delivery of leasing services to agreed timelines and service standards.
  • Drive revenue via new lease closures, renewals and upsell opportunities (furnished units, premium terms), prepare proposals and tenancy contracts, negotiate rental terms, and achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets set by management plus pipeline forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, property management and legal teams to translate landlord requirements into clear listings, coordinate property viewings, track applications, and ensure timely, quality lease execution and approvals.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, analyse occupancy rates, rental yields and market trends, prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports with actionable recommendations for landlords and internal stakeholders and trend insights.
  • Manage documentation, Ejari registrations, invoicing and contract compliance, track payment schedules, escalate discrepancies, and work with finance to ensure accurate commission tracking and collections and handover coordination.
  • Resolve tenant or landlord escalations promptly, coordinate internal maintenance and support resources, propose practical solutions, document outcomes, and follow up to prevent recurrence and maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, attend client meetings and site visits, support listing presentations, and build local broker and referral networks to generate pipeline and strengthen market presence and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years real estate leasing or property brokerage experience in UAE markets, preferably in residential or commercial portfolios.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field; RERA certification preferred or equivalent market experience.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Property Finder CRM, Salesforce or similar), MS Excel and listing portals for client tracking and market analytics skills.
  • Proven project controls: managing listings, viewings, contract timelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with marketing and property management and risk mitigation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership: mentoring junior agents, leading client negotiations, and managing small leasing teams and performance reviews.
  • Strong commercial acumen: rental negotiations, forecasting occupancy, contract review, pricing strategies, yield optimization and commission modelling skills and KPIs.
