Landscaping & Grounds Keeping Team Member

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn & Green Care – Mow, trim, water, fertilize lawns, shrubs, and plants to keep outdoor areas tidy and attractive throughout the year.
• Planting & Pruning – Plant new flowers or trees, prune bushes, and remove dead plants to support healthy growth and design plans.
• Irrigation Support – Check irrigation systems, adjust watering schedules, and report faults to keep plants hydrated in Dubai’s climate.
• Weed & Pest Control – Identify weeds or pests and help apply safe treatments under guidance to protect landscape health.
• Equipment Use & Maintenance – Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers and clean tools after use for reliable, safe work.
• Site Cleanliness – Remove debris, litter, and fallen leaves; keep walkways and grounds neat for safe, pleasant surroundings.
• Teamwork & Communication – Work with supervisors and team members, follow instructions, and report issues clearly and on time.

Requirements

• Experience – Minimum 1–3 years working in landscaping, gardening, or grounds keeping roles in outdoor settings.
• Education – High school or equivalent; horticulture or landscaping certificates are a plus.
• Technical Skills – Ability to handle basic gardening tools, operate lawn equipment, and understand plant care basics.
• Project Controls – Follow daily work schedules, checklists, and complete assigned maintenance tasks consistently.
• Leadership – Support junior helpers, follow supervisor instructions, and assist in organizing simple team tasks.
• Commercial Acumen – Recognize problems on site, report them, and work safely under guidance to protect client property.
