IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan Project Scope: Define clear project goals, deliverables, and schedules with stakeholders to ensure aligned expectations and outcomes.
• Manage Execution: Lead IT teams and coordinate tasks to deliver software, systems, or infrastructure solutions on time.
• Monitor Progress: Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and adjust plans to stay on schedule and on budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with leadership, clients, and teams to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet technical and business standards through testing and reviews.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify potential problems, propose solutions, and manage change requests effectively.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear reports on project status, results, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10+ years managing IT projects, with a track record of successful delivery in tech environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical Competence: Understand IT infrastructure, software development, systems integration, and relevant tools.
• Project Controls: Skilled in project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and use of PM software.
• Leadership: Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial Acumen: Understand business goals, ROI, priorities, and how IT solutions support them.
