Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Analysis & Valuation – Perform detailed financial analysis, build valuation models, and forecast outcomes to support investment decisions and client recommendations.
  • Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and investors, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Transaction Execution Support – Assist in preparing documentation, pitch books, and presentations for mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and capital‑raising transactions.
  • Market & Industry Research – Monitor UAE and global market trends, industry data, and economic indicators to advise clients and guide transaction strategy.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Coordination – Work with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all deals follow UAE financial laws and internal policies.
  • Portfolio & Performance Monitoring – Track transaction progress, portfolio performance, and financial outcomes to report insights to senior bankers and clients.
  • Team Collaboration & Support – Collaborate with senior bankers and internal teams on deal strategy, execution tasks, and business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience – 3–7 years in investment banking, corporate finance, or related deal‑making roles.
  • Education – Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business; MBA or CFA is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills – Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, Excel, and PowerPoint reporting.
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal English for reports, pitches, and client engagements.
  • Leadership – Ability to guide junior staff, coordinate tasks, and show initiative under pressure.
  • Commercial Acumen – Deep understanding of markets, deal structures, and UAE regulatory environment.
