Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Executive Calendar: Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and adjust timings to keep leadership on track across remote or hybrid settings.
  • Coordinate Travel & Logistics: Plan travel arrangements with attention to timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless support for executives.
  • Support Administrative Tasks: Prepare documents, take meeting notes, file reports, and handle basic admin duties without requiring onsite presence.
  • Handle Communications: Draft and respond to emails, relay messages, and liaise with team members clearly across remote channels.
  • Track Projects & Deadlines: Monitor action items, follow up with stakeholders, and update task lists to ensure work progresses smoothly.

Requirements
