Key Responsibilities

  • Insurance Verification & Claims: Review insurance coverage, confirm eligibility, submit claims, and follow up to ensure correct and timely processing.
  • Coordination with Insurers: Work closely with insurance companies and brokers to resolve issues and clarify policy details.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate insurance documents, reports, and records in systems.
  • Client & Patient Support: Respond to clients’ or patients’ insurance questions with clear, helpful information.
  • Pre‑Approval Processing: Obtain and track pre‑authorizations required for procedures or coverage as needed.
  • Follow‑Up on Denials: Manage rejected claims, resubmit information, and work for resolution with insurers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all insurance activities follow UAE rules, insurance standards, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years coordinating insurance, claims, or related admin work in UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare Admin or related field.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient with MS Office and insurance systems; strong documentation ability.
  • Project Controls: Can prioritize tasks, manage follow‑ups, and meet deadlines reliably.
  • Leadership: Good communicator who works well with teams, insurers, and clients.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand insurance products, billing, eligibility, and claim cycles accurately.
