Key Responsibilities
- Support Recruitment: Assist with job postings, review resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates to keep hiring moving.
- Manage Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and orient new hires for smooth start.
- Maintain Records: Update and organise employee files, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle Queries: Respond to HR‑related employee questions on leave, benefits, payroll, and policies in a timely way.
- Support Compliance: Assist with monitoring UAE labour law and free zone rules, including documentation and visa support.
- Prepare Reports: Create basic HR reports and summaries for management and audits.

- Experience: 1–5 years supporting HR tasks in corporate or busy HR departments.
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred for strong fundamentals.
- Technical Competence: Proficient with HR systems, MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation tools.
- Project Controls: Able to organise daily tasks, update records, and meet reporting deadlines.
