Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day‑to‑day administrative workflows that keep healthcare services running without delays or errors.
  • Patient Administration: Ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and updated including insurance and clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate Staff & Schedules: Work with medical and support staff to organise rosters, appointments, and coverage efficiently.
  • Manage Budgets & Resources: Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses, inventory control, and maintaining clinical/non‑clinical supplies.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure operations follow UAE healthcare laws, facility licensing standards, and internal policies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare management reports, regulatory documents, and performance summaries as required.
  • Improve Patient Experience: Monitor patient satisfaction, handle inquiries, and support initiatives that enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years administrative experience in healthcare or medical office environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Competence: Skilled with healthcare systems, MS Office, and medical records processes.
  • Project Controls: Able to plan administrative tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines reliably.
  • Leadership: Can lead teams, manage staff coordination, and communicate clearly across departments.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand healthcare budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency impacts.
