Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site activities: Supervise labor teams, assign tasks and ensure work progresses safely and efficiently per project plans.
- Coordinate with teams: Work with engineers, subcontractors and supervisors to align workflow and resolve issues quickly.
- Enforce safety and quality: Ensure safety rules, quality standards and UAE regulations are followed on site at all times.
- Monitor progress: Track daily work, inspect completed tasks and update records for managers and clients.
- Manage materials and tools: Check availability of materials, tools and equipment to prevent delays.
- Read and implement plans: Interpret drawings and instructions to guide workers accurately and avoid rework.
- Report site status: Prepare daily logs, report progress and highlight delays or risks to project leaders.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years supervising construction sites; UAE experience preferred.
- Education: High school with technical/engineering diploma or civil trade certificate.
- Technical Competence: Able to read drawings and understand construction procedures.
- Project Controls: Skilled at tracking tasks, schedules and daily output.
- Leadership Support: Able to lead teams and resolve on-site issues decisively.
