Key Responsibilities
- Support fund operations daily: Handle investor queries, corporate actions and fund documentation with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure excellent client service: Deliver consistent high‑quality support and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with service providers: Work with administrators, legal advisors and custodians to meet service standards.
- Monitor service agreements: Track and maintain performance against agreed standards and report issues promptly.
- Oversee fund administration tasks: Supervise fund admin teams and check fund setup, fee arrangements and documents.
- Support reporting and documentation: Prepare reports, subscription forms, DDQs, prospectus info and other fund materials.
- Act as escalation point: Resolve operational queries quickly and coordinate follow‑ups across teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in investment fund administration or related finance operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- Technical Competence: Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with fund systems.
- Project Controls: Able to track tasks, deadlines and NAV process with reliability.
- Leadership Support: Experience working with cross‑functional teams and service providers.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand fund structures, fees and basic investment products.
