Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision: Set a clear product strategy and communicate goals based on customer needs and market trends for competitive fintech offerings.
- Develop and prioritise roadmap: Build and manage a product roadmap that balances business goals, user value and technical feasibility.
- Lead product lifecycle: Drive ideation, design, build, launch and optimisation phases with cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct market research: Analyse competitors, customer feedback and usage data to refine product features and direction.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with engineering, UX/design, risk, compliance and marketing to ensure delivery excellence.
- Track performance metrics: Monitor KPIs, engagement and product outcomes, adjusting plans to improve results.
- Manage product documentation: Create clear requirements, user stories, release notes and communicate updates internally.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–8+ years in product management roles, with 2+ years in fintech, payments or digital finance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Technical Competence: Strong analytical skills with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, analytics).
- Project Controls: Ability to plan, track and adjust product tasks with discipline and clarity.
- Leadership Support: Collaborates effectively with tech, design and business stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand market fit, monetisation levers and business impact of product decisions.
