Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities that help guide business decisions.
  • Build Forecasts & Models: Develop forecasting models and scenarios that support budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Prepare Reports: Produce accurate financial reports for management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries.
  • Support Budgeting Processes: Work with departments to create budgets, compare actuals, and explain variances.
  • Monitor Key Metrics: Track performance indicators, costs, and financial risks to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with operations, accounting, and business units to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years of financial analysis or related finance experience in corporate or investment contexts.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.
  • Technical Competence: Strong Excel skills, financial modelling, reporting tools, and ERP system knowledge.
  • Project Controls: Able to manage analysis tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and support financial cycles.
  • Leadership: Able to guide junior team members and coordinate cross‑department insights.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand business drivers, cost structures, and how decisions impact financial outcomes.
