Key Responsibilities

  • Configure ERP Modules: Set up, customise, and maintain ERP modules to match company workflows and needs across finance, HR, and operations.
  • User Support & Training: Provide support to users, solve system issues, and train staff on ERP features and best practices.
  • Analyse Business Needs: Work with departments to gather requirements, document processes, and align ERP technology with business goals.
  • Monitor Performance: Track system performance, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure ERP reliability and uptime.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate data, perform validations, and help build reports or dashboards for decision support.
  • Support Integrations: Coordinate with IT or vendors to integrate ERP with CRM, HRMS, POS, or other systems.
  • Document & Improve: Keep clear documentation of configurations, workflows, improvements, and support tickets for future reference.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years working with ERP systems implementation, support, or optimisation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo ERP platforms and reporting tools.
  • Project Controls: Ability to plan tasks, manage upgrades, and meet ERP project deadlines.
  • Leadership: Can guide users, coordinate with teams, and train colleagues clearly and patiently.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand how ERP improvements affect business efficiency, cost, and operational outcomes.
