Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Launch Campaigns: Create, schedule, and send targeted email campaigns that support brand goals, promotions, and audience engagement.
• Audience Segmentation: Manage email lists and segment audiences to ensure relevant, personalized messaging for different customer groups.
• Content & Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls‑to‑action that drive opens and clicks.
• Automation & Workflows: Set up automated email sequences for onboarding, nurture, re‑engagement, and retention.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key email metrics like deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions, offering insights for improvement.
• A/B Testing: Test different subject lines, content, layouts, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
• Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure campaigns follow UAE and international email laws (CAN‑SPAM, anti‑spam rules) and industry standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in email marketing or digital marketing with email campaign success.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Technical Competence: Skilled with Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Project Controls: Capable of planning campaign calendars and meeting delivery timelines reliably.
• Leadership: Able to coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
• Commercial Acumen: Understand how email results affect revenue, retention, and customer insight.
