Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate Value Opportunities: Review business initiatives, projects, or products to identify value creation and optimisation opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- Analyse Costs & Benefits: Conduct cost‑benefit evaluations, performance metrics, and financial impact analysis to support decision‑making and prioritise high‑value work.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with product, strategy, finance, and operational teams to align value recommendations and integration into business processes.
- Develop Value Frameworks: Create models, frameworks, and dashboards to track value delivery, stakeholder outcomes, and performance trends over time.
- Prepare Value Reports: Draft clear reports and presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor Value Realisation: Track actual performance against forecasts, adjust strategies, and report on real value delivery results.

Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years in value analysis, business performance, strategy, portfolio, or project roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Technical Competence: Proficient with analytical tools (Excel, BI/Dashboard, financial modelling) and value frameworks.
- Project Controls: Able to plan and manage evaluations, reporting cycles, and value delivery checkpoints reliably.
- Leadership: Clear communicator who engages stakeholders and drives cross‑functional alignment.
- Commercial Acumen: Understands business economics, strategic value drivers, and performance measurement fundamentals.
