Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycle: Plan, execute and close construction work from mobilization to handover, ensuring quality and safety on site.
- Manage schedules and budgets: Develop timelines, control costs, track progress and update forecasts for project delivery.
- Coordinate teams and stakeholders: Lead contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams for efficient project flow.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Comply with Dubai building codes, municipality approvals and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections: Monitor workmanship, resolve issues and enforce quality control processes.
- Prepare project reports: Produce clear progress reports for clients and senior management.

Requirements
- Experience: 5–10+ years managing construction projects, UAE experience preferred.
