Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle: Plan, execute and close construction work from mobilization to handover, ensuring quality and safety on site.
• Manage schedules and budgets: Develop timelines, control costs, track progress and update forecasts for project delivery.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders: Lead contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams for efficient project flow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: Comply with Dubai building codes, municipality approvals and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections: Monitor workmanship, resolve issues and enforce quality control processes.
• Prepare project reports: Produce clear progress reports for clients and senior management.
• Mitigate risks: Identify risks early and apply solutions to keep project on schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10+ years managing construction projects, UAE experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Technical Competence: Skilled in MS Project, Primavera, BIM tools and construction documentation.
• Project Controls: Proven ability to plan, track, report and meet deadlines reliably.
• Leadership Support: Strong people management and team coordination abilities.
• Commercial Acumen: Understand cost control, contracts and vendor negotiations.
