Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders accurately, and respond to questions about menus with friendly, professional service.
  • Mix, garnish and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) by following recipes and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensure orders are complete, handle special requests and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain bar and service areas clean, stocked and organised, restock supplies, glassware, garnishes and utensils.
  • Operate POS systems, process payments accurately and handle cash in line with company policies.
  • Work with kitchen, hosts and team members to serve guests quickly and resolve service issues efficiently.
  • Follow health, safety, hygiene and responsible service standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years hospitality experience in bartending, serving or food & beverage outlets.
  • High school diploma or hospitality certificate; mixology training is a plus.
  • Technical competence in drink preparation, order service and bar/restaurant operations.
  • Project controls ability to manage multiple orders and service flow during peak hours.
  • Leadership shown by guiding team during busy shifts and coordinating service smoothly.

Commercial acumen to upsell specials, manage guest bills and support revenue goals.
