Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of individual or business banking clients to maintain long‑term value and high client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, cross‑selling bank products, and converting leads into profitable client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, understand financial needs, recommend relevant banking solutions and financial services that support client goals.
- Monitor client accounts and risk profiles, ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies, and promptly follow up on changes.
- Develop strategic plans for client engagement, retention and business growth using market insights and competitor awareness.
- Prepare accurate reports on client activity, sales performance, pipeline forecasts and portfolio health for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, service) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years front‑line retail or business banking experience managing client relationships in UAE or GCC banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field required for banking understanding.
- Technical competence in banking products, financial analysis, KYC/AML standards and CRM tools.
- Project controls ability to track targets, manage pipelines, and deliver results on time and with accuracy.
- Leadership with effective communication, negotiation, teamwork and client‑care coordination.
- Commercial acumen to grow deposits, loans, and fee income while managing risk and profitability.
